This project has engaged related stakeholders such as Meteorology Department, Department of Irrigation and Drainage, Energy company (Tenaga Nasional Berhad), and Malacca State Government Agencies to understand and provide solutions to the lightning strikes and flash flood issues.

To develop a real-time lightning 3D mapping system prototype to forecast lightning strike location beforehand with 100-meter accuracy. Moreover, the developed system prototype will be used to forecast flash flood events.
