The project uses advanced algorithms to create 3D maps of lightning and charge distribution with high accuracy. Validation occurs through rocket-triggered lightning experiments, leading to the development of flood forecasting algorithms with over 90% accuracy. RTL-3D integrates advanced ICT infrastructure and lightning sensors for real-time monitoring across Malaysia, enhancing disaster preparedness. It also provides monitoring dashboards and applications for users such as fishermen and engineers. The project uses advanced algorithms to create 3D maps of lightning and charge distribution with high accuracy. Validation occurs through rocket-triggered lightning experiments, leading to the development of flood forecasting algorithms with over 90% accuracy. RTL-3D integrates advanced ICT infrastructure and lightning sensors for real-time monitoring across Malaysia, enhancing disaster preparedness. It also provides monitoring dashboards and applications for users such as fishermen and engineers.
